The database of information that Gifts Amoré gathers through electronic business will not be disclosed to any other organisation, unless it is necessary to assist with the fulfilment of your order.

 

Products

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

 

Gifts Amoré uses premium quality products that have been carefully selected to meet your requirements. We reserve the right to substitute items that may be unavailable or when they do not meet our quality standards. We guarantee the replacement item will be of a similar nature and will be of equivalent or greater value to the product originally advertised.

 

Changes to your order

If you wish to change your order, please contact GIfts Amoré immediately by calling 1300 552 770. We'll always do our best to make last minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and card message) made at least 24 hours before dispatch. Please note that once orders have been prepared and/or are with a courier for delivery, no changes can be accepted.

For peak season (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas), we are unable to guarantee to accept changes to orders within 72 hours of the intended delivery date.

 

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Gifts Amoré immediately by calling 1300 552 770. Orders can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. Please note that once orders have been prepared and/or are with a courier for delivery, orders cannot be cancelled.

For peak season (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas), we are unable to guarantee to cancel orders within 72 hours of the intended delivery date.

 

Returns and exchanges

Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on very rare occasions a hamper may be damaged in transit. Should this occur, please contact Gifts Amoré immediately so that we can arrange a replacement. Please note that it may be necessary to send a photo of the damaged goods or to return the original product to a reply paid address in order to receive the replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Purchase and sale of alcohol

Hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to people aged 18 years and over. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

By placing an order on this website or when calling our customer service team, you, the purchaser represents that they and the recipient, are aged 18 years or older.

The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years of age.

Upon delivery of our products, the recipient may be required to provide a valid ID for proof of age and sign for the goods. 

Hampers containing alcohol can only be delivered between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

 

Delivery

Gifts Amoré offers a flat rate delivery fee of $16.00 per hamper to any destination throughout Australia.

 

All orders are dispatched from Sydney on the next business day after the order has been placed.

 

Our couriers deliver between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Hampers delivered to PO boxes can only be sent by Australia Post and may incur longer delivery time and additional cost.

 

 It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods. If you supply an incorrect address we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. To avoid a re-delivery fee please provide a contact number for the recipient to assist in a successful delivery.

 

If the recipient lives in a secure apartment block or gated estate and our courier is unable to gain access on the first visit a calling card will be left for the recipient to arrange for collection or redelivery of their hamper. If no contact has been made within 5 working days the hamper will be returned to us and a redelivery fee will apply.

 

Hampers will be delivered up until 23rd December.
